Product delivery

Orders placed on our website www.akadia.ro are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery is made through partner courier companies, and the estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days, depending on the destination city.

The standard delivery cost is 18.00 RON for orders under 300 RON. For orders exceeding 300 RON, delivery is FREE.

The products are delivered by express courier to the address specified by the customer in the order form. Please ensure that all data entered is correct to avoid delays in the delivery process.

Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, between 07:00 and 14:00. If you are unable to be present at the indicated address, the courier will attempt a second delivery or contact you by phone to reschedule.

If the package cannot be delivered for reasons attributable to the customer (wrong address, customer does not respond, refusal to receive, etc.), the order will be returned to Akadia Comfort. Resending the package can only be done at the customer's request and involves a new shipping cost.
