Return Policy – Akadia Comfort

Right of Return – 30 Days

At Akadia Comfort, we want you to enjoy every purchase. You have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to return the products, without any justification required.

Return Conditions

For the return to be accepted, please respect the following conditions:

• The product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered: unworn, undamaged and with all labels intact.

• The original packaging must be present and undamaged.

• Products must be properly packaged for transport, preferably in a protective bag or box.

• We do not accept returns for personalized products, unsealed hygiene products, or items on sale.

Return and Exchange Costs

Please note that all shipping costs for returning or exchanging products are borne by the customer. Akadia Comfort does not cover shipping fees for returns or exchanges.

The Return Process

1. Download return form in PDF format

2. Hello, our return policy is as follows: fill out the form that I will send you without leaving any blank fields, put it in the box together with the pair you want to return and send the package by courier (except for the Romanian Post, as the products can get lost) to the address that I will provide. After the product reaches us, we will check it and within 14 working days we will transfer the money to your IBAN account.

   Contact us : Send an email to contact@akadia.ro with the order number and reason for the return.

3. Pack the product : Make sure the product is properly packaged to prevent damage during shipping.

4. Send the package : Send the package to:

5. Confirmation and refund : After receiving and checking the product, we will confirm acceptance of your return and initiate the refund.

Refund

The refund will be made within 14 business days of confirmation of acceptance of the return, using the same payment method used for the purchase. Please note that processing by your bank may take additional time.

Product Exchange

If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product.
